Both of the clasps denote service with the French Army. The first for geographic deployment as a member of the 'French Army in Germany' (the clasp is the abbreviated form of 'Forces Francaises Stationnees en Allemagne') the recipient being a trained member of the French Army 'Armoured' Corps
Note: The clasp 'Forces Francaises Stationnees en Allemagne' is subdued, and is now no longer awarded
