Obverse: Star & Trident emblem of the Royal Nepal Army and above a Royal Nepalese Crown. Below a three part legend in Nepalese script on three panels
Reverse: A die struck legend on top with and die struck word in centre, below this is 'engraved' the recipients name, sporting event and below the engraved date which in A.D. 1969
