Ghana: Prisons Division Long Service & Good Conduct Medal
The medal was instituted on 1 July 1960, on which date Ghana became a 'Republic', and instituted its own national series of Orders, Decorations and Medals.
The medal is awarded to members of the uniformed 'Prisons Division' for 16 years unblemished long service and good conduct.
